Messaging terms & privacy

Effective September 21, 2026. Applies to this giveaway entry form.

Your choices

DeAnda Brothers Boxing Gym collects your name, email, mobile number, date of birth, address and main goal to administer the giveaway, check eligibility and contact entrants. Email and text marketing are separate, optional choices. You may enter without either. Opting out does not affect your entry or odds of winning.

Promotional messages

If you opt in, the gym may send offers, class and event updates, and new content through the channel you selected. Texts may use automated technology. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Checking a consent box and submitting the form electronically records your permission for that channel.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a promotional text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact the gym to withdraw consent in any reasonable way; STOP is not the only accepted method. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email to stop marketing emails. The gym will honor withdrawal requests promptly and within applicable deadlines.

For help or privacy and message-preference requests, call 713-478-6469 or visit DeAnda Brothers Boxing Gym, 11014 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77093. Tell us the email address or phone number affected; do not send identity documents through the entry form.

How entry data is handled

Entries are stored in the giveaway database and are not displayed publicly. The gym keeps the submitted details, consent wording, version and time so it can administer entries and document communication choices. Authorized gym staff and service providers supporting hosting and communications may process the information for these purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Contact the gym to request a correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Some records may need to be retained to document consent, honor opt-outs, administer prizes or meet legal obligations. A new giveaway entry does not cancel an earlier request to stop marketing messages.

Participation and safety

These messaging terms do not replace the giveaway participation conditions, a signed media release, or the gym’s training safety paperwork.
